Our Eco Promise

In this fast paced industry we are conscious of the impact we may have on the environment and are taking steps and making changes to improve on this.

Recycling is very important to us and we try our utmost to work with suppliers who share our cause.

• We do this by ensuring that all debris from our events and catering refuse are
  disposed of in an environmentally friendly way.
• We work with printers who strive to ensure that their printing material comes from managed sources or recycled stock.
• We make sure windows and doors are closed when the heating or air conditioning is on.
• We collect all paper that has been printed on one side and re-use it for scrap message pads.

In the current climate we believe we have a duty to be as ethically responsible as we can. With this in mind, wherever possible, we endeavour to use products that are organic and locally sourced.

In 2008 we are planning on implementing the following changes:-

• Arranging for batteries including mobile phone batteries to be recycled.
• Replace tungsten bulbs with energy-efficient, compact fluorescent lamps and slimline bulbs.
• Cancel junk mail and unwanted publications to reduce the amount of waste that has to be thrown away.
• Get together with other local companies to make the collection of recyclables more economical.
